As per JAR-OPS 1 (JAR OPS 1.205 and IEM OPS 1.205) airlines in Europe are not required to have licensed dispatchers.
The GALDA explicitly regrets this position.
In order to demonstrate what gain in theoretical know-how an official license can offer, we would like to present the two licenses that are most widely spread in Germany.
